Terms of Use

NPL Fantasy is a free fantasy cricket game played for fun. There is no entry fee, no in-app purchase, and no real money, cash prize or anything of monetary value to be won. Points, ranks, boosters and badges have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. If we ever offer prizes, we will publish separate rules for them first.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Accounts are personal: one account per person, and you may not share, sell or transfer it.

Give us a real email address that you control, keep your password secret, and tell us at support@nplfantasy.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time (see Delete Account).

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• create multiple accounts to gain an advantage, or use automated scripts, bots or scrapers;
• try to get around team locks, deadlines, transfer limits or other game rules, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other people's accounts or data;
• use team names, league names or usernames that are offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonate someone, or infringe another person's rights;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including betting or gambling on its results.

We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where needed to protect the game or other players.

Points are calculated from match data and the scoring rules published in the app. Match data can be late or wrong, and we may correct points, standings or results after the fact. Our decisions on scoring, rules and disputes are final. We may change game rules between gameweeks or seasons; changes will be shown in the app.

The Service, including its software, design and text, belongs to NPL Fantasy or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Team, player and tournament names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Any names you create (such as team or league names) remain yours, but you allow us to display them in the Service.

The mobile apps may update themselves automatically to fix bugs and keep game rules in step with the website. If you install the Android app directly from our website rather than from an app store, download it only from https://www.nplfantasy.com/download; we are not responsible for copies obtained elsewhere. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply, but NPL Fantasy, not the store, is responsible for the app and its support.

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which is normally zero) or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, points or rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
